Some Ghanaians In UK Protest

Some Ghanaians in the United Kingdom have massed up along a road protesting against the Akufo-Addo-led government.
A video sighted by opemsuo.com showed protesters clad in #Fixthecountry shirts with placards.
They hoisted a banner with the image of the President and the late social activist, Kaaka Mohammed who was allegedly murdered by unknown assailants and the late undercover Journalist, Ahmed Suale, who was also murdered in 2019 after his pictures were published by a Legislator.
Some of the placards read: ‘Fix the Economy’; ‘Ghanians did not vote for a friends and family government’; ‘Fix the country’; ‘Fix Ghana’; ‘Fix corruption’; ‘Lawlessness is killing Ghanaians’; and, ‘Leadership rise up to your responsibilities’”.

According to the video a leading protester is heard shouting, “what do we want” and the protesters are heard responding, “fix it now”.
The President of Ghana, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo is on an official visit in United Kingdom for a global education summit.
