According to a letter to Mr. Ayidoho from the party, the decision was made today, 27th July, 2021 after the Functional Executive Committee of the NDC considered a report from the Disciplinary Committee.

The Disciplinary Committee of the Party had been charged to investigate allegations of misconduct levelled against Mr. Anyidoho.

The letter noted that he was found guilty of misconduct and anti-party behaviour pursuant to the party’s constitution.

It said that the ‘outright expulsion’ of the former deputy secretary was recommended by the committee.
